RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to request a return or exchange a product, please contact us first to discuss the nature of the return and arrange a UK returns label, quoting your name and order number:
We can offer a replacement for faulty products or a full refund. It is easy to detect whether any product has been dispensed from the pumps, and we retain the right not to issue any refund in these circumstances unless the goods are shown to be faulty. International shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed promptly after receival of the returned order, generally same working day if before 1pm. Paypal refunds may take longer to process by Paypal, especially if split payments have been used.

Complimentary shipping is offered to all Romilly Wilde customers in the UK. Standard courier charges will apply outside the UK and worldwide. For next day dispatch orders must be received by 1pm – Goods will be despatched that working day, or latest working day 2, using next day delivery via Fedex tracked services (only applies to UK). International orders are generally dispatched with Fedex, otherwise Royal Mail International, DHL or DPD International Tracked depending on location and weight. International orders containing Idle Eau de Perfume are sent via DHL. All details will be sent to you via email or sms on your order confirmation. International delivery will be subject to their tracking system, and you will be notified of it's status.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for any import or custom charges incurred in the country of delivery outside of the UK.
We do cover all customs and duties for US orders.
