We want the reviews on our site to help you buy with confidence, so we keep them honest and transparent. We follow the review transparency standards that apply in the markets we serve, including the UK and US.

Where our reviews come from. Reviews are written by people who have bought our products or been given them to try. We take reasonable steps to check that each review reflects a genuine experience, and we do not write, edit or fabricate reviews ourselves.

Gifted and sample reviews. Sometimes we provide products or samples free of charge in return for an honest review. These reviews are always clearly labelled as gifted, so you can see the connection. We never ask for or reward a positive review, and receiving a free product is never conditional on the reviewer being complimentary.

Publishing and moderation. We publish all genuine reviews, whether positive or negative, and we do not hide, delete or reorder reviews to make our products look better than they are. We will only remove a review if it is fake, unlawful, offensive, off-topic, or breaches someone's privacy.
