Transparency is not a value we talk about. It is how we operate. So here is exactly where we use artificial intelligence, and where we never will.

Where we use it

We use AI as a tool behind the scenes. It helps us research, analyse data, plan campaigns and draft early versions of some written content. Anything AI touches is reviewed, edited and approved by a human before it reaches you. Nothing goes out under our name that we have not shaped ourselves.

Where we never use it

We will never use AI to generate or alter images of skin. Not to smooth it, not to perfect it, not to invent it. Every complexion you see in our imagery belongs to a real person, photographed as they are. Our science is built on real biology, and our imagery is held to the same standard.

We will never use AI to fabricate reviews, testimonials or results. What you read from our community was written by our community.

Why this matters

Skincare has a trust problem. Retouched skin sets impossible standards and makes honest results harder to recognise. We formulate to change what your skin actually does, not what a filter says it looks like. This policy is part of that promise.
