Clean beauty brand Romilly Wilde has today announced its support of Cool Earth – a conservation charity that works alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation and its impact on climate change.

Founded by Susie Willis, a pioneer in wellness, beauty and skin nutrition, Romilly Wilde was created to dispel the myth that ‘natural’ skincare is ineffective and unequivocally define what ‘clean beauty’ means. The brand was built on a passion for nature, and has always championed the celebration and protection of the environment.

“Raising awareness and working to stop climate change has never been more important. At Romilly Wilde we greatly value nature and the incredible impact it has on all of our lives. As humans it’s our greatest asset and we need to protect it. We’re proud to announce our support of Cool Earth as we truly believe in what the charity stands for. We’re delighted to be joining them in their work to protect rainforest communities and their environment.” – Susie Willis

Cool Earth is a charity that works alongside communities to reduce deforestation and its impact on climate change. From setting up an in-country team, to working directly with communities and local NGOs to develop their capacity, the charity’s approach is people-led and adaptable to each location. The organisation is keen to spread the word on the importance of stopping deforestation and does so through its work with supporters, including patrons Dame Vivienne Westwood and Andreas Kronthaler.

“It’s the commitment of smart businesses like Romilly Wilde that are helping us create a future where local people are supported, trees are kept standing, and emission from deforestation play no part in climate change. Thank you for embodying your values and making a positive difference to the future of our planet.” – Cool Earth
